Lovely second hand condition, looks like buffalo skirt and flaps. Large surface block and deep seat. Generous wool flocked panel with front and rear gussets. Quite a straight panel would suit a flatter broader backed horse.
Barkley and Co were made by Barnsby I believe so not a lot of info available now as they are no longer in business. Made in Walsall, England.
