Made by SMS Master Saddlers Ideal Saddles in Walsall England in conjunction with Equi-Fit, this saddle is beautifully crafted using traditional methods and the very best English leather.  If you are looking for something that is custom and classic with a modern design this is the saddle for you.

The seat is sympathetic for ultimate rider comfort and is suited to both flatwork and jumping.  The squared off cantle makes mounting easy and the blocks are on velcro, to be easily repositioned for the rider's preference.  It has an equally sympathetic tree and customisable panel for the horse to ensure comfort and stability.

The Tree - popular and proven in the NZ market, the tree has an open head and medium length tree points.  There is good distance between the rails for broader backs and it has a slight curve but not too much so is suited to a wide variety of NZ sport horses with medium hight withers.

The Panel - generous English wool standard panel with a long front and deep rear gussets, all of which are customisable depending on your horse's posture and conformation.

The Leather - the best English Buffalo leather is used on the base model.  Buffalo is renowned for its durability, strength and mouldability.  The cantle, facings and welting colours are all customisable, have it in Pink if you dare!

The Girthing - four available points come standard to ensure optimum balance and stability.

The Ride - semi deep but quite an open seat offers a medium twist, with enough support to make you feel secure and enough room to move.  The blocks are movable to allow for individual riding styles and anatomy. The cantle is squared off for ease of mounting.

Special Features - tree width is adjustable by half a size by owner.  Great for those times in between fittings.  The tree is fixed at manufacture but can be adjusted by Equi-Fit up and down one size from original.

To look after your lovely saddle, a complementary locally made  Equi-Fit leather care kit is included in the purchase price.  Also included is a luxurious Equi-Fit ride on saddle cover to stay protected in all conditions. 

Most aspects of this saddle are customisable.  The base price is for the base model and custom options are additional.  There is a five year warranty on the tree and one year on the leather.
